Description
Step 4 (final) of the wizard. Renders an optional free-text summary/notes field. Displays a full review of the data entered across all prior steps. Triggers final submission to Activity Service on confirm.

- Show a review summary of all wizard-collected data before submission
- Provide optional multi-line notes field with speech-to-text affordance (platform hook)
- Emit WizardSubmitEvent to Wizard State Manager on user confirmation
